Thanks Les. The idea for the series originated way back in April ’22. On my way home from my visa agent I went into a swish cafe for a coffee and got this picture:
I didn’t manage to get the pic I wanted in that cafe. What I wanted was the woman’s striking posture and her isolation in an interesting environment.
Almost exactly 2 years later, when I had already started looking for “Hoppers”, I got this one:
